Types Of Sprains & Strains We Treat

Most common type. Often from rolling the ankle inward.

When to Go to the Emergency Room Instead
Go to the nearest emergency room or call 911 if you or someone with you has:
- Visible bone deformity or bone through skin
- Complete inability to bear weight
- Numbness or loss of sensation
- Suspected dislocation
