How We Treat It At Reddy Urgent Care

Walk-In — No Appointment Needed

Simply walk in during our operating hours. No referral or scheduled appointment is required to be seen by our medical team.

Same-Day Care

We evaluate, diagnose, and treat most conditions the same day you visit so you can get back to feeling your best as quickly as possible.

Care for All Ages

Our providers treat patients of all ages — from infants and children to adults and seniors — under one roof.

Most Insurance Accepted

We accept most major insurance plans, Medi-Cal, and Medicare. We verify your benefits before treatment and inform you of any costs upfront.

Types Of Dizziness & Vertigo We Treat

  • Benign Positional Vertigo (BPPV)

Most common cause of vertigo. Inner ear crystals cause brief spinning episodes.

  • Inner ear infection (labyrinthitis)

Viral infection of the inner ear causing vertigo.

  • Dehydration dizziness

    Low fluid volume causing light-headedness.

  • Low blood pressure dizziness

Common when standing quickly (orthostatic hypotension).

When to Go to the Emergency Room Instead

Go to the nearest emergency room or call 911 if you or someone with you has:

  • Sudden severe dizziness with difficulty speaking or walking
  • Dizziness with one-sided weakness or numbness (possible stroke — call 911)
  • Dizziness following a head injury
  • Loss of consciousness

If you are unsure, go to the ER. It is always better to be safe.
